Banshee Moss

Banshee joined the moss pack in 2014 along with hybrid pup Mohegan, under pack alpha Lakota, Banshee’s older brother. Banshee earned the nickname, Banshee baby due to his high energy and youthful appearance even as he aged. Banshee would chatter like he was talking to you and lead you around with your wrist in his mouth to snacks, water, outside, or anything that would put him on alert. Banshee loved when people would talk or sing to him, responding with his chatter. Spending the day alone with Banshee could make you feel like you had Tourette syndrome, talking and singing to a wolf all day. In 2023 when Lakota passed away, Banshee watched over new pack mates, Phantom and Choctaw. As the new pups started growing Banshee became their energetic playmate even though he was aging. Banshee’s free spirit and high energy continued until his passing. Banshee was born days after Mohegan and passed less than a week after Mohegan. They were truly pack mates for life.
